Monday.Com MP Live
The Brief & Challenge.
monday.com was producing MP Live — their marquee annual event bringing together thousands of customers, partners, and team members. The event at Pier 36 demanded a fabrication partner who could deliver a massive, multi-environment build that maintained the brand’s clean, colorful, tech-forward aesthetic across 12,000 square feet of raw venue space.
The scope was ambitious: a main stage with full scenic treatment, multiple breakout session environments, a partner expo area, networking lounges, branded food and beverage stations, and a hero installation at the entrance that would set the tone for the entire event. All of this needed to load in over two days in a waterfront venue with limited dock access and a union labor requirement.
The Pop Solution.
We fabricated a comprehensive environmental package that transformed Pier 36 into a fully branded monday.com world. The main stage featured a custom scenic backdrop with dimensional elements, integrated LED panels, and a speaker platform engineered for multiple presentation formats. Flanking the stage, branded scenic walls defined the space and concealed backstage areas.
The entrance hero installation was a large-scale dimensional version of the monday.com logo with color-changing LED integration — the first thing every attendee experienced and the most-photographed element of the event. Throughout the space, we fabricated branded wayfinding totems, session room headers, networking lounge furniture, and food station builds that maintained visual consistency across every touchpoint.
Production management was critical at this scale. We coordinated freight for 4 truck loads, managed a 2-day install with union labor at Pier 36, and maintained a production team on-site throughout the event for real-time support. Post-event, our crew struck the entire build in under 12 hours.

THE OUTCOME.
MP Live was monday.com’s largest in-person event to date, with the fabricated environment receiving praise from attendees, executives, and partner organizations. The entrance logo installation became the signature image of the event — featured in recap videos, social posts, and press coverage. The main stage scenic set provided a visually dynamic backdrop that elevated every keynote and session.
The production execution was flawless: load-in completed on schedule, zero issues during the event, and strike completed in the overnight window as planned. The monday.com events team credited the PUYB partnership as a key factor in the event’s success.
