We Started in the Shop
Pop Up Your Brand was founded by fabricators — not marketers, not consultants, not MBAs. We started with tools in our hands and sawdust on our boots, building custom environments for brands that needed flawless physical experiences delivered on impossible timelines.
That origin shapes everything about how we work today. We don’t outsource fabrication because we ARE fabrication. Our leadership team has hands-on experience with every discipline in our shop: CNC routing, scenic carpentry, metal welding, scenic painting, large format printing, and LED integration. When a client asks “can you build this?” we don’t call a subcontractor to find out — we already know the answer.
Today, we’re a full-service experiential fabrication shop in New York City with a growing team and a 200+ project track record. But the culture hasn’t changed: we’re builders first, and every decision we make — from hiring to scheduling to material selection — reflects that identity.

The Shop
Our NYC fabrication facility houses every capability we offer: a CNC router, a fully equipped metal shop with TIG and MIG welding, a scenic carpentry workshop, a paint booth for brand color matching and specialty finishes, a large format print station, and a lighting integration bench. Every tool, every material, and every team member under one roof.
This isn’t just convenient — it’s how we control quality, compress timelines, and eliminate the communication breakdowns that plague multi-vendor projects. When your project is in our shop, we can walk you through every phase in person. Clients visit regularly to see their builds taking shape — and to experience the confidence that comes from watching the same team handle every step.
