Raising Cane’s Private Party at Zero Bond, NYC

The Brief & Challenge.

During Fanatics Fest week in New York, Raising Cane’s hosted an exclusive, star-studded private party at Zero Bond, the members’ club on Bond Street in NoHo, with a live performance by 50 Cent. The brief was custom decor, draping and signage that would turn the club into a Raising Cane’s room for one night: unmistakably on-brand from the front door to the DJ booth, but tuned to the darkness and texture of the venue rather than fighting it.

Zero Bond is a working private club with exposed brick, low light and its own furniture, so nothing could be fixed to the building and every piece had to look finished at close range. The decor also had to photograph well under event lighting, hold up through a full night of guests and a headline performance, and strike cleanly before the club reopened.

The Pop Solution.

We designed and produced the full decor package in-house and installed it as a single brand activation at Zero Bond.

The entrance. The arrival corridor was draped floor to ceiling in red velvet, with a swagged ceiling canopy pulling the eye down the hallway and a staggered field of pillar candles on black stands lining both sides of the walk. An illuminated Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers sign sits in the drape at the end of the corridor, so the brand is the first and last thing guests see on the way in.

The DJ booth. Behind the mirrored booth we built an arched red sequin shimmer wall, a scenic backdrop that catches the stage lighting and moves with the room, carrying a second backlit Raising Cane’s logo at its center. It gave the performance and every photo taken from the floor a branded frame.

Signage and lighting. Both logo signs were fabricated as illuminated dimensional pieces, with lighting integration matched to the venue’s warm palette so the red reads as red rather than orange on camera.

Everything was pre-built in our shop, trucked to Bond Street, installed with non-permanent rigging and struck the same night. It is the same event fabrication and immersive production process we run for hospitality takeovers across Manhattan.

THE OUTCOME.

The club read as Raising Cane’s from the sidewalk to the stage. The draped, candlelit corridor set the tone before guests reached the room, the shimmer wall put the logo behind 50 Cent and the DJ for the whole night, and the brand sat in the background of every photo that left the party.

For a brand buying a private night at a venue like Zero Bond, this is what decor should do: own the room without touching the building, and disappear by morning.
