Cipriani 42nd Street
Grand ballroom, marble columns, strict load-in via freight elevator. Heritage rules limit wall anchoring — freestanding structures only.
The Glasshouse
Floor-to-ceiling windows, 8,000 sf clear span, rooftop access. Weight limits on the rooftop terrace require engineered load plans.
Pier 36
60,000 sf raw space, dock-level load-in, open floor plan. One of the few NYC venues where full semi-trucks can back in directly.
